Made with the Melon de Bourgogne grape. A pale yellow color with golden-green hints along the edges. Wonderful aromatic notes of delicate fruits and floral hints, with vibrant aromas of minerality and traces of saltiness. With each sip, a lovely mixture of lime and peach notes on the palate with well-balanced racy acidity to round out the dry finish.
